Soft Skillers

We introduce a unique concept SoftSkillers – a tool for the development and measurement of Soft skills. We have connected the CA Method with the training program which wins several awards(VITA Award for “Competencies for the Labour Market” (2013), EC Good Practice Award for “Competencies for the Labour Market” (2006), European Business Award (2006)).

The concept is based on the model: Measure  Train – Measure. The first diagnostics quantifies the initial level of Soft skills and helps to identify areas for a improvement. The actual development of these Soft skills takes place within approximately six months. Repeat diagnostics at the end of that period then provides the ability to control the desired improvements.
